Accounting Methods and Records. The School agrees to maintain financial records in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and to make such records available promptly to the Commission upon request. When the request is for on-site inspection of records, prompt is defined as immediate access. If the request is for reproduction of records, then the Commission will include a timeframe in which the records must be provided; adherence to this timeframe will be considered prompt.
