Access to the Account/Electronic Funds Transfer. You agree that we may access your Account for crediting and debiting purposes and agree to provide us with an authority to direct debit your Account. Your Authorization to debit your Account applies to all fees, any payments improperly made to your Account, any amounts for which we exercised our rights to Full Recourse, and any other adjustments and fees covered by this Agreement and resulting from your transaction of business with us under this Agreement or under any Other Agreement.

Access to the Account/Electronic Funds Transfer. You agree that we may access your Account for crediting and debiting purposes. You agree to notify your financial institution that we have your authorization to credit and debit your Account and agree to provide to us all necessary documentation (which is required either by your financial institution or us) required for this authorization. To authorize us to debit your account you must complete and sign the authorization for the Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) Plan Form, attached hereto. Your authorization to debit your Account applies to our collection and reconciliation of all Discount revenue, Monthly Fees, service fees, any payments improperly made to your Account, any amounts for which we exercised our rights to Full Recourse, and any other adjustments and fees covered by this Agreement and resulting from your transaction of business with us, even if the transaction in question is related to a deposit other than a direct deposit payment by us under this Agreement, or the transaction of business with us arises in any other manner, including under any Other Agreement.
Access to the Account/Electronic Funds Transfer. Corporation agrees that Amex Bank may access Corporation’s Account for crediting and debiting purposes. Corporation agrees to notify Corporation’s financial institution that Amex Bank has Corporation’s authorization to credit and debit Corporation’s Account and agrees to provide to Amex Bank all necessary documentation (which is required either by Corporation’s financial institution or Amex Bank) required for this authorization. To authorize Amex Bank to debit Corporation’s account Corporation must complete and sign the authorization for the Pre- Authorized Debit (PAD) Plan Agreement, attached hereto. Corporation’s authorization to debit Corporation’s Account applies to Amex Bank’s collection and reconciliation of all Discount revenue, fees, any payments improperly made to Corporation’s Account, any amounts for which Amex Bank exercised Amex Bank’s Payment Reversal rights, and any other adjustments and fees covered by this Agreement and resulting from Corporation’s transaction of business with Amex Bank, even if the transaction in question is related to a deposit other than a direct deposit payment by Amex Bank under this Agreement, or the transaction of business with Amex Bank arises in any other manner.

  • ELECTRONIC FUNDS TRANSFER (EFT The recipient/cooperator shall designate a financial institution or an authorized payment agent through which a federal payment may be made in accordance with US Treasury Regulations, Money and Finance at 00 XXX 000, which requires that federal payments are to be made by EFT to the maximum extent possible. A waiver may be requested and payments received by check by certifying in writing that one of the following situations apply:

  • Electronic Funds Transfer Upon reinstatement by Xxxxxxxx, this Security Instrument and obligations secured hereby shall remain fully effective as if no acceleration had occurred. However, this right to reinstate shall not apply in the case of acceleration under Section 18.

  • Electronic Funds Transfers By signing the Account Card, completing and transmitting an online account card or service request, or signing or using the Visa Debit Card, or Home Banking service you agree to the following terms governing your and our rights and responsibilities concerning the electronic funds transfer services, as applicable. Terms and conditions set forth elsewhere in this Agreement shall also apply to your electronic funds transfer service. Electronic funds transfers ("EFTs") are electronically initiated transfers of money through direct deposits, automated teller machines ("ATMs"), point of sale transactions, debit card purchases, audio response transactions and online transactions involving your deposit accounts at the Credit Union.

  • Electronic Visit Verification ("EVV Provider shall cooperate with State requirements for electronic visit verification for personal care services and home health services, as applicable.

  • Reliance on Electronic Instructions If the Trust has the ability to originate electronic instructions to GFS in order to (i) effect the transfer or movement of cash or Shares or (ii) transmit Shareholder information or other information, then in such event GFS shall be entitled to rely on the validity and authenticity of such instruction without undertaking any further inquiry as long as such instruction is undertaken in conformity with security procedures established and agreed upon by GFS and the Fund’s investment adviser.

  • Bulk Registration Data Access to Icann Periodic Access to Thin Registration Data. In order to verify and ensure the operational stability of Registry Services as well as to facilitate compliance checks on accredited registrars, Registry Operator will provide ICANN on a weekly basis (the day to be designated by ICANN) with up-to-date Registration Data as specified below. Data will include data committed as of 00:00:00 UTC on the day previous to the one designated for retrieval by ICANN.

  • Electronic Fund Transfers The following provisions apply only to Electronic Fund Transfers (“EFTs”). EFTs are any transfer of funds initiated with your Card(s) at an ATM or as a PIN based debit transaction (Point of Sale). You will have access to either your deposit or credit card accounts, or both if you so choose, with Commerce Bank. We can cancel these services at any time and for any reason without notice. We can also cancel your entire Account, including credit card services, and revoke your Card(s) as provided in the CANCELLATION paragraph above. This may be done by an ATM or merchant not returning your Card(s) to you. We may change the terms of this Agreement relating to EFTs without notice to you unless required by law. WHAT CONSTITUTES BANK’S BUSINESS DAY Our Business Days are Monday through Friday. Federal holidays are not included. DISCLOSURE OF CONSUMER’S LIABILITY FOR UNAUTHORIZED TRANSFERS AND ADVISABILITY OF PROMPT REPORTING Tell us AT ONCE if you believe your Card(s) has/have been lost or stolen or if you believe that an EFT has been made without your permission. Telephoning is the best way of keeping your possible losses down. You could lose all the money in your deposit account plus your maximum overdraft line of credit. If you tell us within two Business Days after you learn of the loss or theft of your Card, you can lose no more than $50.00 if someone used your Card without your permission. If you do NOT tell us within two Business Days after you learn of the loss or theft of your Card, and we can prove that we could have stopped someone from using your Card and making transfers from your deposit account without your permission if you had told us, you could lose as much as $500.00. Also, if your deposit statement shows transfers that you did not make, including those made by Card, code or other means, tell us at once. If you do not tell us within 60 days after the deposit statement was mailed to you, you may not get back any money you lost after the 60 days if we can prove that we could have stopped someone from taking the money if you had told us in time. If a good reason (such as a long trip or a hospital stay) kept you from telling us, we will extend the time periods at our discretion.

  • Cash Management System Each Borrower shall, and shall cause its Subsidiaries to, establish and maintain the Cash Management Systems described below:

  • Funds Transfer The Administrative Agent will, in its sole discretion, determine the funds transfer system and the means by which each transfer will be made. The Administrative Agent may delay or refuse to accept a funds transfer request if the transfer would: (i) violate the terms of this authorization, (ii) require use of a bank unacceptable to the Administrative Agent or any Lender or prohibited by any Governmental Authority, (iii) cause the Administrative Agent or any Lender to violate any Federal Reserve or other regulatory risk control program or guideline or (iv) otherwise cause the Administrative Agent or any Lender to violate any Applicable Law or regulation.

  • Electronic Record Search The Reporting Financial Institution must review electronically searchable data maintained by them for any of the following indicia:
