Consent to Collect. Use, and Disclose Information (including Personal Information) for Compliance Purposes. Corporation acknowledges and agrees that Amex Bank’s ultimate parent company is headquartered in the United States of America and Amex Bank is bound by laws, regulations, and/or rules of that jurisdiction. Corporation hereby expressly consents and agrees to and shall provide to Amex Bank all information and/or sign all necessary documents (including properly executed and valid, applicable U.S. Internal Revenue Service forms) that Amex Bank requires to allow Amex Bank and its Affiliates to collect, use, and disclose information to comply, and maintain compliance, with all applicable laws, regulations, and/or rules of the United States of America and any other jurisdictions that are applicable to them, including, without limitation, U.S. tax laws, regulations and/or rules. Amex Bank has the right to withhold on payments to Corporation and/or remit such funds to the applicable government agency in order to comply with such laws, regulations, and/or rules.   • OWNER’S RIGHT TO CLEAN UP If a dispute arises among the Design-Builder, separate contractors and the Owner as to the responsibility under their respective contracts for maintaining the premises and surrounding area free from waste materials and rubbish, the Owner may clean up and will allocate the cost among those responsible.

  • STATE'S RIGHT TO CLEAN UP 6.3.1 If a dispute arises between the Contractor and separate contractors as to their responsibility for cleaning up as required by Paragraph 4.15 of these General Conditions, the State may clean up and charge the cost thereof to the Contractor.

  • LOBBYING PROHIBITED Federal funds shall not be used by Contractor for publicity or propaganda purposes designed to support or defeat legislation pending before federal, state or local government. Federal funds shall not be used by Contractor to influence an officer or employee of any agency, a Member of Congress, and officer or employee of Congress, or an employee of a Member of Congress in connection with the award of any Federal contract.

  • BUYER’S RIGHT TO CANCEL If after completion of an appraisal by a licensed appraiser, Buyer receives written notice from the Lender or the appraiser that the Property has appraised for less than the Purchase Price (a “Notice of Appraised Value”), Buyer may cancel the REPC by providing written notice to Seller (with a copy of the Notice of Appraised Value) no later than the Financing & Appraisal Deadline referenced in Section 24(c); whereupon the Xxxxxxx Money Deposit shall be released to Buyer without the requirement of further written authorization from Seller.

  • Loss Leader Prohibition If this Agreement involves the purchase of goods, this section is applicable. Contractor shall not sell or use any article or product as a “loss leader” as defined in Section 17030 of the Business and Professions Code.

  • Consent to Assignment The Assignor hereby irrevocably assigns the Agreement in all respects to the Assignee and the Assignee accepts the assignment thereof in all respects.
