  • Family Illness Leave In the event of illness in the immediate family, an employee shall be granted up to three (3) days of absence without loss of salary to be deducted from sick leave. A statement from a responsible person other than the employee may be required as proof of illness.

  • ABSENCE FROM DUTY Unless a provision of this agreement states otherwise (e.g. sick leave), an employee not attending for duty will lose their pay for the actual time of such non- attendance.
