  • Card Acceptance MERCHANT agrees to accept American Express Cards in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and agrees to adhere to the American Express Operating Regulations and the American Express OptBlue Program Merchant Requirements, which are both incorporated herein by reference and made a part hereof for all purposes, and are also available at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxxxxxxx.
