Applicant definition
Applicant shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 5.10.
Applicant means an investor who is eligible to participate in the scheme and who is not a minor and shall include the alternate applicant mentioned in the application form.
Applicant shall also include the Applicant’s assigns and successors-in-interest as approved according to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of this Agreement.

In the event that Client (or its Bank-approved subcontractor) receives a complaint in any form from an Applicant, Customer or non-Customer, and such complaint is addressed to Bank, then Client shall promptly forward such complaint to Bank for Bank’s handling and response.
