1Contract Term Sample Clauses

1Contract Term. The term of this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall remain in full force and effect until the conclusion of the Delivery Term, subject to any early termination provisions and any contract term extension provisions set forth herein (the “Contract Term”); provided, however, that subject to Buyer’s obligations in Section 3.6, Buyer’s obligations to pay for or accept any Product (other than Test Energy) are subject to Seller’s completion of the conditions precedent pursuant to Section 2.2. Applicable provisions of this Agreement shall continue in effect after termination, including early termination, to the extent necessary to enforce or complete the duties, obligations or responsibilities of the Parties arising prior to termination. The confidentiality obligations of the Parties under Article 18 and all indemnity and audit rights shall remain in full force and effect for five (5) years following the termination of this Agreement.

  • Contract Term The period of Contractor's performance shall begin on November 1, 2018 and end on October 31, 2019 with an option to renew for an additional three (3) twelve (12) month periods.

  • Renewal Contract Term Upon mutual written agreement, the Parties may renew this Contract, in whole or in part, for a Renewal Term not to exceed the Initial Contract Term, pursuant to the incorporated Special Contract Conditions.

  • Initial Contract Term The Initial Contract Term shall be for two years. The Initial Contract Term shall begin on October 1, 2021, or on the last date the Contract is signed by all Parties, whichever is later.   • CONTRACT TERM - RENEWAL In addition to any stated renewal periods in the Contract, any Contract or unit portion thereof let by the Commissioner may be extended by the Commissioner for an additional period(s) of up to one year with the written concurrence of the Contractor and Comptroller. Such extension may be exercised on a month-to-month basis or in other stated periods of time during the one year extension.

  • Contract Termination debarment. A breach of the contract clauses in 29 CFR 5.5 may be grounds for termination of the contract, and for debarment as a contractor and a subcontractor as provided in 29 CFR 5.12.

  • Initial Term The initial term will begin on the date set forth in the Contract documents or on the date the Contract is signed by all Parties, whichever is later.

  • Contract Terms The contract term will be one (1) year, effective from date of award. The City and the Supplier shall have the option to renew this contract for an additional two (2) one-year periods. The contract shall commence upon the issuance of a Notice of Award by the City of Xxxxxx and shall automatically renew each year, from the date of award by City Council, unless either party notifies the other prior to the scheduled renewal date. At the sole option of the City of Xxxxxx, the contract may be further extended as needed, not to exceed a total of six (6) months.

  • Contract Termination Date This contract terminates upon the earliest occurrence of the following:

  • General Contract Terms 10.1 Any notice required or permitted to be given hereunder shall be given by hand delivery, facsimile transmission or by registered mail, postage prepaid, addressed to the parties at their respective addresses as set forth in this Agreement and any such notices given by hand delivery or by facsimile transmission shall be deemed to have been received on the date of delivery or transmission and if given by prepaid registered mail, shall be deemed to have been received on the third (3rd) business day immediately following the date of mailing. The parties shall be entitled to give notice of changes of addresses from time to time in the manner hereinbefore provided for the giving of notice.
