Passage of Title. 9.7.1 The ownership and title to the Goods and any part thereof shall fully pass to ISR free and clear of all security interests, liens, attachment, encumbrances and any other rights or claims of any kind of any third party, upon the date of issuance by ISR of the Final Acceptance Certificate for each of the Goods at ISR Site. The passing of title to ISR and the vesting of ownership rights shall be without prejudice to any right that may accrue to ISR under this Agreement.
Passage of Title. Title to any Deliverable will pass to the State only on acceptance of the Deliverable. All risk of loss will remain with the Contractor until title to the Deliverable passes to the State.

Subject to Section 11 (Risk Management) herein, title to the Merchantable Timber within the Timber Sale Area shall pass from the STATE to Purchaser upon scaling and payment for logs as documented on Certified Scaling Certificates produced by the Scaling Bureau approved by the STATE. The risk of loss or damage to the Merchantable Timber shall be allocated as provided in Section 11 herein.

Passage of Title. Title to each Nissan Product shall pass from Seller to Dealer, or to the financial institution designated by Dealer, upon delivery of said Product to Dealer or to a carrier for transportation to Dealer, whichever occurs first.
Passage of Title. Title to Gas delivered to Counterparty under the provisions of Article IV shall pass from Manager to Counterparty at and when delivered to the Delivery Point. The Party who has title to the Gas at any time shall be deemed to be in control and possession of the Gas, and shall be responsible for any damage or injury caused thereby, and (ii) all charges, expenses, fees, taxes, damages, injuries, and other costs incurred in connection with or attributable to the purchase and handling of Gas.
