RECORDING OF AGREEMENT. Tenant shall not record this Agreement on the Public Records of any public office. In the event that Tenant shall record this Agreement, this Agreement shall, at Landlord's option, terminate immediately and Landlord shall be entitled to all rights and remedies that it has at law or in equity.
RECORDING OF AGREEMENT. Buyer/Tenant shall not record this Option to Purchase Agreement on the Public Records of any public office without the express and written consent of Seller/Landlord.
RECORDING OF AGREEMENT. The City may record this Development Agreement or a Memorandum of this Agreement with the Register of Deeds for Brown County, Wisconsin. Upon request of the City, Xxxxxxxxx shall execute and deliver to the City any such Memorandum or any other document in connection with such recording.
RECORDING OF AGREEMENT. Within ten (10) days of the receipt of the fully executed Agreement from RIDEM, the Respondents shall record this Agreement with the town of Glocester, Rhode Island and shall provide a copy of the recorded Agreement to RIDEM. The recording shall be at the sole expense of the Respondents.
RECORDING OF AGREEMENT. Lessee shall not record this Agreement on the Public Records of any public office. In the event that Lessee shall record this Agreement, this Agreement shall, at Lessor's option, terminate immediately and Lessor shall be entitled to all rights and remedies that it has at law or in equity.
RECORDING OF AGREEMENT. This Agreement shall be recorded in the real estate records of Xxxxxxx County and shall be a covenant running with the Property, in order to put prospective purchasers or other interested parties on notice as to the terms and provisions hereof.
RECORDING OF AGREEMENT. Producer hereby authorizes Midstream Co to record a memorandum of the Agreement in the real property records of the counties in which the Service Area is located. Midstream Co and Producer agree that until Midstream Co provides notice to the contrary, all payment terms and pricing information shall remain confidential and be redacted from any filings in the real property records.
RECORDING OF AGREEMENT. Landowner shall cause this Encroachment Agreement to be recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Xxxxxxx County and return a copy of this agreement with its recorded instrument number to Zoning Administrator.
RECORDING OF AGREEMENT. The Developer agrees that a memorandum or memorandums of this Agreement detailing any restrictions on property rights contained herein, in a form as attached hereto as Exhibit J, may, at the City’s discretion, be recorded with the Xxxxxx County Register of Deeds.
RECORDING OF AGREEMENT. 7.1 The Vendor and the Purchaser will execute and deliver such additional documentation as legal counsel for the Vendor and the Purchaser determine is necessary in order to duly register and record in the appropriate registration and recording offices notice that the Vendor’s interest in and to the Property is subject to and bound by the terms of this Agreement at the cost of the Purchaser.
