Extension of Lease Term. The Original Lease Term is hereby extended for a period of eighteen (18) months continuing through and including November 30, 2022 (the “Extension Term” and the Original Lease Term as so extended by the Extension Term, the “Lease Term”).
Extension of Lease Term. The term of the Lease is hereby further extended for a period of twelve (12) months commencing on January 1, 2012 and expiring on December 31, 2012 (the “Fourth Extension Term”), unless sooner terminated pursuant to the terms of the Lease, as amended herein. There shall be no additional renewal or extension terms unless otherwise mutually agreed to in writing by Landlord and Tenant. Tenant shall remain subject to all the terms and conditions of the Lease, as amended herein, during the Fourth Extension Term.
Extension of Lease Term. If Resident enters into a Lease Agreement with Landlord for the Premises, the term of which begins no more than thirty (30) days after the end of the Lease Term of this Lease Agreement, then the Lease Term of this Lease Agreement shall extend until the beginning of the Lease Term of the subsequent Lease Agreement and all terms and conditions of this Lease Agreement shall extend accordingly.
Extension of Lease Term. The Lease Term is hereby extended for a period of three (3) months, commencing on October 1, 2020 and continuing through and until December 31, 2020 (the “Extension Term”). All covenants, conditions, and provisions of the Lease shall be applicable during the Extension Term. The Base Rent payable during the Extension Term shall be the same as the Base Rent due during the calendar month immediately preceding the Extension Term.
Extension of Lease Term. The Lease Term is hereby extended through June 30, 2010.
Extension of Lease Term. The Term of the Lease specified in §1.4 of the Lease as heretofore amended under the Addenda is hereby extended for an additional period of three (3) years commencing on July 1, 2010, and the Expiration Date of the Lease is hereby amended accordingly to June 30, 2013.
Extension of Lease Term. The City may extend the contract for 9 additional terms (9 months per term (September 1 – May 31)), which extension may be granted by action of the City Manager. NPO must send notice to the Landlord at least 90 days before the expiration of each term to request such extension.
Extension of Lease Term. Landlord and Tenant acknowledge that the Lease Term is currently scheduled to expire on January 31, 2015, pursuant to the terms of the Lease. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary in the Lease, the Lease Term is hereby extended for a period of seven (7) years commencing on February 1, 2015, and ending January 31, 2022 (the "Extended Term"), unless sooner terminated as provided in the Lease, as hereby amended. For purposes hereof, the term "Lease Expiration Date" shall mean and otherwise refer to January 31, 2022.
Extension of Lease Term. The Initial Lease Term is hereby extended until 11:59 p.m. on September 30, 2012.
