Relocation Date definition
Relocation Date shall be the earlier of (i) the Substantial Completion of Tenant’s Work (as said terms are hereinafter defined) or (ii) the date Tenant’s personnel occupy all or any portion of the Relocation Premises for the conduct of Tenant’s business. Upon determination of the Relocation Date, each of the parties hereto agrees, upon demand of the other party, to join in the execution of a written declaration in which shall be stated the Relocation Date and the Extended Termination Date, but the failure of Landlord and Tenant to execute or deliver such document shall have no effect upon such dates. Effective as of the Relocation Date, (a) all references in the Lease to “Premises” shall be deemed to mean the “Relocation Premises”, and (b) Exhibit A attached hereto shall replace Exhibit A attached to the Lease. For purposes of this Third Amendment, “Substantial Completion” shall mean (1) the completion of Tenant’s Work substantially in accordance with Tenant’s Plans, in such a fashion as to enable Tenant, upon furnishing the same, to open for business in the normal course and (2) if required by applicable law, the issuance of a temporary or permanent certificate of occupancy from the Town of Lexington. Landlord shall deliver and maintain all Base Building systems in good working order and incompliance with all applicable Laws throughout the Lease Term.
Relocation Date means January 15, 2020.

After the Relocation Date, all references in this Lease shall refer to the New Premises.

Relocation Date means the date of Substantial Completion of the Relocation Improvements (as hereinafter defined), which is estimated for non-binding purposes only to be June 1, 2015. Relocation Date means the date the Employee permanently relocates to the Denver, Colorado area which shall be on or before June 1, 2008. The Relocation Date will be confirmed in writing by the Company and the Employee within ten (10) business days of its occurrence.

Relocation Date means that date which is three (3) days after the date Landlord gives Tenant written notice (“Relocation Notice”) that the Sixth Floor Premises is ready for occupancy and Tenant should relocate to the Sixth Floor Premises. As soon as possible after, but not later than fifteen (15) days after, the Relocation Date, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, Tenant shall have fully vacated the Existing Premises and removed all its personal property and effects therefrom and relocated into the Sixth Floor Premises, and Tenant should have left the Existing Premises in the condition required under the Lease at termination of the Lease (and the date Tenant does so is hereinunder referred to as the “Vacation Date”). Commencing from and after the Commencement Date for the Sixth Floor Premises and until the Vacation Date, the “Premises” under the Lease shall mean and refer to both the “Sixth Floor Premises” and the “Existing Premises.” Until the Commencement Date for the Sixth Floor Premises, however, Tenant shall continue paying all Rent required to be paid under the Lease with respect to the Existing Premises and shall not be required to pay Rent with respect to the Sixth Floor Premises. If Tenant has not vacated the Existing Premises by the date fifteen (15) days after the Relocation Date, then until the Vacation Date, Tenant shall continue paying Rent with respect to the Existing Premises and shall pay Rent with respect to the Sixth Floor Premises until Tenant has fully vacated the Existing Premises and removed all its personal property and effects therefrom; provided that Tenant’s failure to vacate within fifteen (15) days after the Relocation Date shall not constitute a material default under the Lease. Nothing in this Second Amendment is intended to release Tenant from any claims, liabilities or damages Tenant or its agents, employees or contractors may have caused to the Existing Premises. Following the Commencement Date for the Sixth Floor Premises, Tenant shall, within five (5) business days of Landlord’s request to do so, execute and deliver to Landlord a Commencement Date Certificate in such form requested by Landlord.
Relocation Date means the earlier of: the date Tenant commences its occupancy of the New Space; or five (5) Business Days following the date that Tenant receives notice from Landlord that the New Space Initial Alterations (as hereinafter defined) shall be Substantially Completed (as hereinafter defined) within five (5) Business Days, In no event shall the Relocation Date be delayed due to Tenant's moving schedule or Tenant's installations of its personalty, business equipment or trade fixtures. As used herein "Substantially Completed" or words of similar import shall mean that the applicable work has been substantially completed, notwithstanding that minor or insubstantial details or construction and/or mechanical adjustment and/or decorative items remain to be performed.
Relocation Date means June 1, 2004; provided, however, the Relocation Date shall be postponed one (1) day for each day of Tenant Delay.
