Common use of Extension of Lease Term Clause in Contracts

Extension of Lease Term. If Resident enters into a Lease Agreement with Landlord for the Premises, the term of which begins no more than thirty (30) days after the end of the Lease Term of this Lease Agreement, then the Lease Term of this Lease Agreement shall extend until the beginning of the Lease Term of the subsequent Lease Agreement and all terms and conditions of this Lease Agreement shall extend accordingly.
