Common use of Extension of Lease Term Clause in Contracts

Extension of Lease Term. Notwithstanding that the Lease Term expires March 31, 2008, the parties desire to extend the Lease Term early; therefore, the Lease Term is hereby extended for a period of one hundred thirty-five (135) months (the “Extension Term”) commencing on the Effective Date and expiring on September 30, 2018 (the “Expiration Date”). Tenant shall remain subject to all terms and conditions of the Lease, as amended herein, during the Extension Term.
