Common use of Extension of Lease Term Clause in Contracts

Extension of Lease Term. Landlord and Tenant acknowledge that the Lease Term is currently scheduled to expire on January 31, 2015, pursuant to the terms of the Lease. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary in the Lease, the Lease Term is hereby extended for a period of seven (7) years commencing on February 1, 2015, and ending January 31, 2022 (the "Extended Term"), unless sooner terminated as provided in the Lease, as hereby amended. For purposes hereof, the term "Lease Expiration Date" shall mean and otherwise refer to January 31, 2022.

Extension of Lease Term. Landlord and Tenant acknowledge and agree that the Lease Term is currently hereby scheduled to expire on January August 31, 2015, pursuant to the terms of the Lease2003. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary in the Lease, Landlord and Tenant hereby acknowledge and agree the Lease Term is hereby shall be extended for a the period of seven (7) years commencing on February September 1, 2015, 2003 and ending January 31, 2022 continuing through and expiring on the day preceding the thirty-sixth (36th) month anniversary of the Relocation Date (as defined below) (the "Extended Extension Term"), unless sooner terminated upon and subject to all of the existing terms of the Lease except as provided in the Lease, as hereby amended. For purposes hereof, the term "Lease Expiration Date" shall mean and otherwise refer to January 31, 2022hereafter set forth.

Pursuant to the extension rights provided in Section 3.4 of the Lease, Landlord and Tenant hereby acknowledge and agree that the Lease Term of the Lease, which is currently scheduled to expire on January 31September 30, 20152017, is hereby extended for a period of sixty (60) months (“Extended Term”), commencing on October 1, 2017 (“Extended Term Commencement Date”) and expiring on September 30, 2022, unless sooner terminated pursuant to the terms of the Lease. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary in the Lease, the Lease Term is hereby extended for a period of seven (7) years commencing on February 1, 2015, and ending January 31, 2022 (the "Extended Term"), unless sooner terminated as provided in the Lease, as hereby amended. For purposes hereof, the term "Lease Expiration Date" shall mean and otherwise refer to January 31, 2022.

Extension of Lease Term. Landlord and Tenant acknowledge acknowledges that the current Expiration Date under the Lease is October 1, 2007. As of the Effective Date, Landlord and Tenant hereby extend the Lease Term is currently scheduled for an additional one hundred seventeen (117) month period (the “Extension Term”), commencing on the Effective Date, and terminating on September 30, 2014 (“New Expiration Date”). Tenant shall continue to expire lease the Premises during the Extension Term on January 31the same terms and conditions as the original Lease Term, 2015, pursuant except as otherwise set forth herein to the terms of the Lease. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary in the Lease, the Lease Term is hereby extended for a period of seven (7) years commencing on February 1, 2015, and ending January 31, 2022 (the "Extended Term"), unless sooner terminated as provided in the Lease, as hereby amended. For purposes hereof, the term "Lease Expiration Date" shall mean and otherwise refer to January 31, 2022contrary.
