Employment; Effective Date. Company agrees to employ Executive, and Executive agrees to be employed by Company, beginning as of the Effective Date and continuing for the period of time set forth in Article III of this Agreement, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Employment; Effective Date. Effective as of April 1, 2007 (the “Effective Date”), and continuing for the period of time set forth in Article 2 of this Agreement, Company agrees to employ Executive and Executive agrees to be employed by Company, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

(a) The Company hereby agrees to employ the Employee, and the Employee hereby agrees to accept such employment with the Company commencing on the Effective Date and continuing for the period set forth in Section 2 hereof, all upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth.
