Common use of Employment; Effective Date Clause in Contracts

Employment; Effective Date. Beginning as of the Effective Date, Company agrees to employ Employee and Employee agrees to be employed by Company, at will of both Company and Employee, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
