Rights Limited. Nothing in the Plan shall be construed as giving any person the right to continued employment or service with the Company or its Affiliates, or any rights as a shareholder except as to shares of Stock actually issued under the Plan. The loss of existing or potential profit in Awards will not constitute an element of damages in the event of termination of employment or service for any reason, even if the termination is in violation of an obligation of the Company or Affiliate to the Participant.
Rights Limited. Nothing in this Agreement will be construed as (a) giving any Person the right to continued employment with or the right to continue in any other service relationship with the Partnership or any of its Affiliates, or (b) limiting in any respect the ability of the Partnership or any of its Affiliates to terminate any Person’s employment for any reason, even if the termination is in violation of an obligation of the Partnership or its Affiliates to such Person.

The rights and remedies set forth in this Section 2.5 shall be the Contractor's sole and exclusive rights and remedies in the event of an occurrence of an Excusable Event, and the Contractor hereby waives all other rights and remedies at law and/or in equity that it might otherwise have against the Owner on account of an Excusable Event.
Rights Limited. The Administrator, in its sole discretion, shall determine from the group of eligible persons whether an individual shall be a participant under the Plans. Any grant made under the Plans shall be made in the sole discretion of the Committee and no prior grant shall entitle a person to any future grant. Nothing in the Plans or any Performance Restricted Stock Unit Award will be construed as giving any person the right to continued employment or employment for a specific period with the Group, or any rights as a shareholder except as to Shares actually issued under the Equity Plan. In no event shall the Plans, or any grant made under the Plans, form a part of an employee’s contract of employment, if any. The loss of existing or potential profit in Performance Restricted Stock Units or Shares will not constitute an element of damages in the event of termination of employment for any reason, even if the termination is in violation of an obligation of the Group to the Participant.

Nothing in the Plan or any Award will be construed as giving any person the right to be granted an Award or to continued employment or service with the Company or any of its subsidiaries, or any rights as a stockholder except as to shares of Stock actually delivered under the Plan. The loss of existing or potential profit in any Award will not constitute an element of damages in the event of a termination of a Participant’s Employment for any reason, even if the termination is in violation of an obligation of the Company or any of its subsidiaries to the Participant.
Rights Limited. Some utility poles in the Franchise Area have been installed pursuant to easements obtained from private property owners rather than under Edison's franchise rights. The easements may or may not permit LICENSEE attachments.
Rights Limited. The rights and remedies set forth in this Section 12.2 (Excusable Events) shall be the DB Contractor’s sole and exclusive rights and remedies in the event of an occurrence of an Excusable Event, and the DB Contractor hereby waives all other rights and remedies at law or in equity that it might otherwise have against the Authority on account of an Excusable Event. In confirmation and furtherance of the terms and provisions of this Subsection 12.2.5, the DB Contractor acknowledges and agrees that each GMP (including the FGMP and each Work Package GMP) and the Contract Time may only be adjusted in accordance with, and to the extent permitted by, the terms and provisions of this Section 12.2 (Excusable Events).
Rights Limited. The rights and remedies set forth in this Section 12.4 shall be Contractor’s in the event of an occurrence of an Excusable Event. Contractor hereby waives all other rights and remedies at law and/or in equity that it might otherwise have against HPTE on account of an Excusable Event. or the failure of any Governmental Authority to issue any Permits for the issuance of a Digital Sign within thirty (30) days of Contractor’s submission of a complete application for the Permits therefor.
Rights Limited. The rights and remedies set forth in this Section 12.5 shall be the Contractor’s sole and exclusive rights and remedies in the event of an occurrence of an Excusable Event. The Contractor hereby waives all other rights and remedies at law and/or in equity that it might otherwise have against the City on account of an Excusable Event or the failure of the City to issue a permit for the issuance of a City Digital Sign within thirty (30) days of the Contractor’s submission of a Complete Sign Permit Application.
Rights Limited. The rights to use the Xxxx granted to Licensee under the License are limited to the licensed uses described in Section 1, and such rights do not extend to any other location, business or project unrelated to Licensee’s Business that Licensee may become involved in without the express written consent of Licensor.
