Entire Agreement and Governing Law. This NDA constitutes the entire agreement with respect to the Confidential Information disclosed herein and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous oral or written agreements concerning such Confidential Information. This NDA may not be amended except by the written agreement signed by authorised representatives of both parties. This NDA shall be governed and construed solely in accordance with the laws of the state of Israel, without giving effect to conflicts of law principles thereof, and only the courts in Tel Aviv, Israel shall have jurisdiction in any conflict or dispute arising out of this NDA.
Entire Agreement and Governing Law. Customer acknowledges that this Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties relating to the services and/or equipment described herein and that Company and its employees have not made orally or in writing any representations, warranties or agreements inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement. No modification, change or alteration of any of the terms of this Agreement shall be valid unless in writing and signed by Company and Customer, except as otherwise proved herein. This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, both oral and written, with respect to the subject matter hereof. Customer agrees to notify Company within thirty (30) days of any change of Customer’s address. This Agreement shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, County of DeKalb.
Entire Agreement and Governing Law. This Agreement, together with Exhibit A, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties hereto relating to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether oral or written, with respect to the same. No modification, alteration, amendment or revision of or supplement to this Agreement shall be valid or effective unless the same is in writing and signed by both parties hereto.. This Agreement and the rights and duties of the parties hereunder shall be governed by, construed under and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Territory of the British Virgin Islands.
Entire Agreement and Governing Law. This Agreement sets forth the entire understanding of the parties and supersedes any prior communications, understanding and agreements between the parties. This Agreement cannot be changed, nor can any of its provisions be waived, except by a writing signed by all parties. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of laws provisions, and venue shall be in the State of California.
Entire Agreement and Governing Law. The Mutual General Releases shall in all respects be interpreted, enforced, and governed by and under the laws of the State of California. The Mutual General Releases constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supercedes all prior agreements, whether verbal or written, between the Parties pertaining to the subject matter hereof.

Customer acknowledges receipt of this Agreement, and this Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties relating to the matters contained herein and supersedes all other agreements and negotiations, whether made orally or in writing, including any representations, warranties, or agreements not specifically stated herein. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri. If any part of this Agreement is contrary to or prohibited by or deemed invalid under applicable law, the remaining provisions and parts hereof shall remain and be construed in full force and effect to the extent permitted.
Entire Agreement and Governing Law. 39.1. This Lease contains the entire agreement between Lessor and Lessee and all prior negotiations and agreements are merged into this Lease. This Lease may not be changed, modified, terminated or discharged, in whole or in part, nor any of its provisions waived except by a written instrument which (i) expressly refers to this Lease, and (ii) is executed by the party against whom enforcement of such change, modification, termination, discharge or waiver is sought. All Exhibits attached hereto or referred to herein form an integral part of this Lease and are hereby incorporated by reference.

This Lease shall not be amended or supplemented unless by written agreement signed by Landlord and Tenant.
