Deposit. a) Rentals: a 200 € deposit will be requested at the time of arrival, as well as a 50 € cheque for cleaning purposes (preferably a cheque or cash). To avid having to wait unnecessarily, prepare the supporting pieces: a 200 € cheque for the deposit and a 50 € cheque for cleaning purposes. - All anomalies or degradations must be reported on the way of your arrival. Inventories at the beginning and at the end of the stay shall be rigorously identical. During your stay, any broken item (dishes, etc…) must be reported at the reception office. - If you have not cleaned the accommodation, or if it is not returned in a state of perfect cleanliness as it was at the time of arrival, the 50 € deposit will be cashed. Otherwise, if no cleaning is required, if no damage or loss of equipment is noticed, your deposits (200 € and 50 €) will be returned within 10 days following your departure (an inventory will be done when we prepare the rental for the next customers).
