Deposit. The deposit for a mobile-home or cottage rental is 25 % of the total amount of the rental + 3 % of the total amount of the stay as a cancellation insurance (optional). The balance and the occupancy tax are to be paid 30 days before arrival. NOTE: Beyond that deadline, if we have not received your payment, we will consider your reservation as cancelled and all amounts deposited will be kept by the campsite. . Inventories at the beginning and at the end of the stay shall be rigorously identical. During your stay, any broken item (dishes, etc…) must be reported at the reception office. - If you have not cleaned the accommodation, or if it is not returned in a state of perfect cleanliness as it was at the time of arrival, the 50 € deposit will be cashed. Otherwise, if no cleaning is required, if no damage or loss of equipment is noticed, your deposits (200 € and 50 €) will be returned within 10 days following your departure (an inventory will be done when we prepare the rental for the next customers).

For rented accommodation, you will be requested to pay a deposit of 300 EUR on your arrival, which will be returned to you at the end of the stay, no later than eight days by post from the date of your departure. A deposit of 5 euros per person will be requested from you for the campsite bracelets. It is obligatory to wear the bracelets. For rentals, a deposit of 300 euros per animal will be requested from you on the day of your arrival. Deposit. The amount of the security deposit payable by cheque, cash or credit card is €500 and will be paid before departure. In the event of material breakage, for whatever cause or circumstance whatsoever, the aforementioned lessee agrees to pay for the damaged items according to the price list below: • Propeller: €100 • Flare or piece of equipment: €100 • Sun awning: €150 • Upholstery: €150 • Impact on the boat: €400 • Life jacket : 80 € It is the responsibility of the aforementioned lessee to mention any missing (or degraded) element on the boat, in a contradictory manner, in the presence of the owner-operator or any person in charge of representing it, before departure, with a written statement. Any missing or degraded item found on arrival or return of the boat may be invoiced, according to the rates mentioned above.
Deposit. A deposit of € 350 (payable by credit card or cheque) for accommodations will be requested as a guarantee upon your arrival. This sum will be returned to you at the end of your stay after completion of the condition report and, if there is no damage and if the accommodation doesn’t need additional cleaning. If the accommodation requires an additional cleaning, a cleaning fee of € 70 will be retained .
