Deposit. The deposit for a mobile-home or cottage rental is 25 % of the total amount of the rental + 3 % of the total amount of the stay as a cancellation insurance (optional). The balance and the occupancy tax are to be paid 30 days before arrival. NOTE: Beyond that deadline, if we have not received your payment, we will consider your reservation as cancelled and all amounts deposited will be kept by the campsite. .
