Xxxxxxx Litigation definition

Xxxxxxx Litigation means the case against the United States in the Claims Court captioned First Nationwide Bank, et al., v. United States, Civil Action No. 96-590C, filed on September 20, 1996.

Xxxxxxx Litigation means the lawsuit between MDI and Xx. Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx currently pending before a court in Hamburg, Germany.
