Xxxxxxx 2000 Index Performance definition

Xxxxxxx 2000 Index Performance means the quotient of (i) the Xxxxxxx 2000 Index at December 31, 2006 divided by (ii) the Xxxxxxx 2000 Index at January 1, 2004.
Xxxxxxx 2000 Index Performance means the quotient of (i) the Xxxxxxx 2000 Index at December 31, [year of grant + 2 years] divided by (ii) the Xxxxxxx 2000 Index at January 1, [year of grant].
