Xxxxx Assets definition

Xxxxx Assets shall have the meaning ascribed to it in paragraph (B) of Section 3.1.

Xxxxx Assets means the following:

Xxxxx Assets means all real and personal properties, assets and interests that are part of the Xxxxx Estate, including all real and personal properties, assets and interests described on the Xxxxx Statement of Assets and Liabilities. Without limiting the foregoing, the “Xxxxx Assets” shall include all of Xxxxx’x right, title and interest in, to or under the following (it being expressly understood that some of the following are interests in properties in which Xxxxx is a joint interest owner with LINN and that all references to Schedules in this Section 3.1(B) are for information purposes only and shall not expand or diminish the property of the Xxxxx Estate or the LINN Estate, as applicable):

• In addition, the Company is of the view that the Compensation Agreement is reasonable as the compensation under the Compensation Agreement entered into by the Company and Network Operation Company is determined with reference to the evaluation report issued by Beijing Northern Xxxxx Assets Appraisal Co, Ltd.

• Notwithstanding the language in Section 1, LINN may alter existing trust relationships between domains and servers to enable provision of the Services and, with the agreement of Xxxxx or XXXX employees designated by Xxxxx within the Bakersfield office, may alter the manner of providing the Services described in this Section 1.13 from those provided during the Reference Period as needed to complete the transition and separation of Xxxxx Assets as by this Agreement.

More Definitions of Xxxxx Assets

Xxxxx Assets has the meaning specified in the introductory paragraph hereto.

Xxxxx Assets means all of Lance’s right, title and interest in, to and under, the following:

Xxxxx Assets. Development Assets and Rights, including, without limitation, the rights described on Exhibit I attached hereto for the development, construction, operation and ownership of a proposed wind farm commonly referred to as Xxxxx to be located on real property of approximately 378 acres in the Counties of Xxxxxxx and Throckmorton, Texas, at Latitude: 33' 18.47N, Longitude: 99' 28.73W (“Xxxxx).

Xxxxx Assets means all Assets that are owned of record or held in the name of the Xxxxx Group, excluding any Circor Assets.

Xxxxx Assets means, collectively, the Assets (as defined in the Xxxxx Purchase Agreement).

Xxxxx Assets means the undertaking and all the property and assets of the Xxxxx Business of every kind and description wheresoever situated including, without limitation, Xxxxx Material Contracts, Alton Accounts Receivable, Xxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxx Intangible Assets and Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx, and all credit cards, charge cards and banking cards issued to Xxxxx;

Xxxxx Assets means all of the Assets of Xxxxx and its Subsidiaries which are not M-tron Assets.
