References to Schedules. The General Partner shall maintain and revise from time to time all schedules referred to in this Agreement in accordance with this Agreement. Notwithstanding anything in Section 13.01 to the contrary, any such revision shall not be deemed an amendment to this Agreement, and shall not require any further act, vote or approval of any Person.
References to Schedules. The Chief Executive Officer and General Counsel shall maintain and revise from time to time all schedules referred to in this Agreement in accordance with this Agreement. Notwithstanding anything in Section 10.02 to the contrary, any such revision shall not be deemed an amendment to this Agreement, and shall not require any act, vote or approval of any person. The Company shall not be obligated by this Agreement to distribute or otherwise provide to the Members copies of or access to such schedules.
References to Schedules. References to this Agreement shall include any Recitals and Schedules to it and references to Clauses and Schedules are to Clauses of, and Schedules to, this Agreement. References to paragraphs and Parts are to paragraphs and Parts of the Schedules.
References to Schedules. Clauses, Appendices or Conditions are references to schedules, clauses, appendices or conditions of this Agreement.
References to Schedules. All references in this Agreement to Schedules shall mean the Schedules attached hereto; provided such Schedules shall be deemed to be automatically updated to reflect any changes to the information contained therein arising out of or resulting from any transactions or events occurring prior to the Closing Date in accordance with Section 6.1 of the Merger Agreement.

Concurrently with the execution and delivery of this Agreement, each Party is delivering to the other disclosure schedules setting forth items the disclosure of which shall be necessary or appropriate either in response to an express disclosure requirement contained in a provision of this Agreement or as an exception to one or more representations or warranties by such Party contained in this Agreement. Each schedule shall be arranged in paragraphs corresponding to each express disclosure requirement or representation and warranty set forth in this Agreement. Each exception to a representation and warranty set forth in a disclosure schedule shall qualify the specific representation and warranty which is referenced in the applicable paragraph of the disclosure schedule and no other representation or warranty unless it is specifically referenced in such disclosure.
