Xxxx Assets has the meaning given to that term in the Master Separation Agreement.

More Definitions of Xxxx Assets

Xxxx Assets means (without duplication):
Xxxx Assets means any real property owned or held by any of the XXXX Property Acquisition Subsidiaries, which includes, (i) the property located at 0000 Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Rosemont, Illinois, (ii) the property located at 0000 XXX Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxx, Xxxxx, and (iii) the property located at 39 & 00 Xxx Xxxxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxx.
Xxxx Assets. Xxxx Assets means the units of the non-mutual funds and units in the mutual funds purchased with Xxxx Savings, Xxxx Direct Rollover contributions, Xxxx rollover contributions, and dividends and earnings thereon. Xxxx Assets shall be separately accounted for under the Plan. Xxxx Assets shall not include Company Contributions and Retirement Contributions.

Related to Xxxx Assets

  • Gross Assets means the total of fixed assets and current assets;

  • Related Business Assets means assets (other than cash or Cash Equivalents) used or useful in a Similar Business; provided that any assets received by the Issuer or a Restricted Subsidiary in exchange for assets transferred by the Issuer or a Restricted Subsidiary shall not be deemed to be Related Business Assets if they consist of securities of a Person, unless upon receipt of the securities of such Person, such Person would become a Restricted Subsidiary.

  • Business Assets means all tangible and intangible property and assets owned (either directly or indirectly), leased, licensed, loaned, operated or used, including all real property, fixed assets, facilities, equipment, inventories and accounts receivable, by the Corporation and the Subsidiaries in connection with the Business;

  • IP Assets means all Intellectual Property owned or used by or purported to be owned or used by the Group Companies.

"Regulatory assets" includes, but is not limited to, all deferred demand-side management costs; all deferred percentage of income payment plan arrears; post-in-service capitalized charges and assets recognized in connection with statement of financial accounting standards no. 109 (receivables from customers for income taxes); future nuclear decommissioning costs and fuel disposal costs as those costs have been determined by the commission in the electric utility's most recent rate or accounting application proceeding addressing such costs; the undepreciated costs of safety and radiation control equipment on nuclear generating plants owned or leased by an electric utility; and fuel costs currently deferred pursuant to the terms of one or more settlement agreements approved by the commission.

  • Receivables Related Assets means accounts receivable, instruments, chattel paper, obligations, general intangibles and other similar assets, in each case relating to receivables subject to the Permitted Receivables Facility, including interests in merchandise or goods, the sale or lease of which gave rise to such receivables, related contractual rights, guaranties, insurance proceeds, collections and proceeds of all of the foregoing.
