XXX Shares definition

XXX Shares means the common shares which Xxx is authorized to issue. “liability” of any Person means and include:

XXX Shares means shares of HK$0.10 each in the capital of XXX;

XXX Shares means all shares of Xxxxx.xxx capital stock owned by any of the Stockholders.
