XC has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

XC means: Cross Country flight typically transitioning between areas of thermal lift used to remain airborne and travel in a specific direction.

  • Note: For a WA type that is crop or P/T based (such as, XC, TP, TD, etc.), review the loss experience for the crop or P/T for all years that a WA was in effect in the county even if the experience is from different acreage.

  • Either Party may, at any time, change its Notice Address (other than to a post office box address) by giving the other Party written notice of the new address in the manner described in this Section X(C).

  • A Subdivision qualifies as an Initial Participating Subdivision if it meets the applicable requirements for becoming a Participating Subdivision set forth in subsections X.B or X.C by the Initial Participation Date.
