Participant Group 6: For an Employee who is classified by the Employer as a member of its exempt staff or as an academic employee, and is scheduled to complete less than 1,000 Hours of Service during the Plan Year, but actually completes at least 1,000 Hours of Service during a Plan Year, the Employer shall contribute 10% of such Employee's Compensation for the Plan Year during which the Participant commenced participation and for each Plan Year thereafter, only if the Employee completes at least 1,000 Hours of Service during the Plan Year to which the contribution relates. Participant Group 7: For an Employee who is classified by the Employer as a member of its non-exempt staff, and has completed two Years of Service, the Employer shall contribute 10% of such Employee's Compensation for the Plan Year during which the Participant commenced participation and for each Plan Year thereafter, only if the Employee completes at least 1,000 Hours of Service during the Plan Year to which the contribution relates. Participant Group 8: For an Employee of the Contract Colleges who is participating in the SUNY ORP, and who is participating in the Employer's Phased Retirement Program for Tenured Statutory College Faculty with an appointment for 50% time or more, the Employer shall contribute an amount equal to the difference between (i) the contribution the Employee would have received pursuant to the SUNY ORP, if the Employee had continued to be employed full-time by the Contract Colleges, and (ii) the contribution actually made for such Employee pursuant to the SUNY ORP based on the Employee's part-time employment with the Contract Colleges.
