Workbooks definition

Workbooks means Workbooks Online Limited, company registration number 6393851 trading from Xxxx 0, Xxxxxxx Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx, Berkshire, RG6 1AZ “Workbooks Partner” means a company, organisation or individual that has entered into a partnership or reselling arrangement with Workbooks, including but not limited to OEM Technology Partners, Resellers, Value Added Resellers, System Integrators, Consultants and Service Providers.
Workbooks means the Workbook Template and Client Workbooks. Some other terms not found here may be defined elsewhere in this License Agreement.

  • Specifications means the Specifications of the Works included in the Contract and any modification or addition made or approved by the Project Manager.

  • Records means any written or recorded information, regardless of physical form or characteristics, which is produced or acquired by the Party in the performance of this agreement. Records produced or acquired in a machine readable electronic format shall be maintained in that format. The records described shall be made available at reasonable times during the period of the Agreement and for three years thereafter or for any period required by law for inspection by any authorized representatives of the State or Federal Government. If any litigation, claim, or audit is started before the expiration of the three-year period, the records shall be retained until all litigation, claims or audit findings involving the records have been resolved.

  • Protocols means written directions and orders, consistent with the department’s standard of care, that are to be followed by an emergency medical care provider in emergency and nonemergency situations. Protocols must be approved by the service program’s medical director and address the care of both adult and pediatric patients.

  • Medical Records the Study Subjects’ primary medical records kept by the Institution on behalf of the Study Subjects, including, without limitation, treatment entries, x-rays, biopsy reports, ultrasound photographs and other diagnostic images.   • Pupil Records Means both of the following: (1) Any information that directly relates to a pupil that is maintained by LEA and (2) any information acquired directly from the pupil through the use of instructional software or applications assigned to the pupil by a teacher or other local educational LEA employee.

  • Computer means an electronic device that accepts information in digital or similar form and manipulates it for a result based on a sequence of instructions.

  • Personnel file means, for the purposes of Part III (8VAC20-90-60 et seq.), any and all memoranda, entries or other documents included in the teacher's file as maintained in the central school administration office or in any file regarding the teacher maintained within a school in which the teacher serves.

  • Desktop computer means a computer where the main unit is intended to be located in a permanent location, often on a desk or on the floor. Desktops are not designed for portability and utilize an external computer display, keyboard, and mouse. Desktops are designed for a broad range of home and office applications.

  • Digital books means works that are generally recognized in the ordinary and usual sense as books.

  • Diskette means the diskette or compact disc attached to each of the Prospectus and the Memorandum; and "Data File" shall mean the compilation of information and data regarding the Mortgage Loans covered by the Agreed Upon Procedures Letters dated December 1, 2003 and rendered by KPMG LLP or Ernst & Young LLP, as the case may be (a "hard copy" of which Data File was initialed on behalf of the Seller and the Purchaser).

  • Client Records has the meaning set forth in Section 3.14.

  • Computer Records means the computer records generated by the Servicer that provide information relating to the Loans and that were used by the Originator in selecting the Loans conveyed to the Trust Depositor pursuant to Section 2.01 (and any Substitute Loans conveyed to the Trust Depositor pursuant to Section 2.04).

  • Listings means information identifying the listed names of subscribers of carriers and subscribers’ telephone numbers, addresses or primary advertising classification or any combination, and that carrier or affiliate has published, caused to be published or accepted for publication in any directory format.

  • Submittals means all shop drawings, diagrams, illustrations, brochures, schedules, samples, and other data which are prepared by the Contractor, a Subcontractor, manufacturer, Supplier, or distributor, which illustrate how specific portions of the Work shall be fabricated or installed.

  • Catalogue means the catalogue of IT Products available for Order under the provisions of the Framework Agreement.

  • Detailed Specifications means the specifications for materials and works as specified in PWD BSR/ issued under the authority of PWD/ or as implied/added to or superseded by the special conditions.

  • Personnel record means a record kept by the employer that identifies the employee, to the extent that the record is used or has been used, or may affect or be used relative to that employee's qualifications for employment, promotion, transfer, additional compensation, or disciplinary action. A personnel record shall include a record in the possession of a person, corporation, partnership, or other association who has a contractual agreement with the employer to keep or supply a personnel record as provided in this subdivision. A personnel record shall not include:

  • Sample means urine, blood, breath, saliva, or hair.

  • Training Materials means any and all materials, documentation, notebooks, forms, diagrams, manuals and other written materials and tangible objects, describing how to maintain the Facilities, including any corrections, improvements and enhancements thereto to the Bloom Systems which are delivered by Operator to Owner, but excluding any data and reports delivered to Owner.

  • Designs means your plans, layouts, specifications, drawings and designs for the proposed furnishings, fixtures, equipment, signs and décor of the Hotel that use and incorporate the Standards.

  • Files means all performance reviews, any other files related to job performance, administrative files, grievances, previous personnel applications, personnel-related claims, disciplinary actions, and all complaints, early warnings, and commendations, but does not include nonperformance or conduct-related data, including medical files, schedules, pay and benefit information, or similar administrative data or information.

  • Work package means a major sub-division of the proposed project.

  • System Data means data and data elements collected by the SaaS Software, SaaS Service or Licensor’s computer systems regarding configuration, environment, usage, performance, vulnerabilities and security of the SaaS Software or SaaS Service that may be used to generate logs, statistics and reports regarding performance, availability, integrity and security of the SaaS Software.
