Wet Mortgage Loan definition

Wet Mortgage Loan means an Eligible Mortgage Loan which Seller is selling to Buyer simultaneously with the origination thereof and for which the Mortgage File has not been delivered to Custodian.
Wet Mortgage Loan. A Mortgage Loan as to which Buyer purchases from Seller by delivering funds to the applicable Closing Agent prior to receipt by Buyer or its Custodian of the related Mortgage Loan Documents, subject to Seller’s obligation to deliver the related Mortgage Loan Documents within the Wet Mortgage Loans Maximum Dwell Time.

  • With respect to a Transaction the subject of which is a Wet Mortgage Loan, Seller shall deliver to Buyer or its Custodian, or authorize and direct the Closing Agent to deliver to Buyer or its Custodian, the related Mortgage Loan Documents within the Wet Mortgage Loans Maximum Dwell Time.

  • Seller shall have delivered to Custodian, in accordance with the timeframes set forth in the Custodial Agreement, with respect to each Mortgage Loan subject to the requested Transaction (a) which is not a Wet Mortgage Loan, the Mortgage File with respect to each such Mortgage Loan and (b) with respect to each Wet Mortgage Loan, (1) the Wet File with respect to each such Mortgage Loan and (2) on or prior to the Wet Delivery Deadline, the Mortgage File.

  • If a Wet Mortgage Loan subject to a Transaction is not closed on the same day on which the Purchase Price was funded, Seller shall immediately return, or cause to be immediately returned (but in any event within forty-eight (48) hours), the Purchase Price (or such greater amount that shall have been remitted by Buyer, if applicable) with respect to such Wet Mortgage Loan to Buyer by wire transfer in accordance with Buyer’s wire instructions set forth on Exhibit B.

  • If a Wet Mortgage Loan subject to a Transaction is not closed within three (3) Business Days following the payment of the Purchase Price, Seller shall immediately return, or cause to be immediately returned, the Purchase Price to Buyer.

Wet Mortgage Loan. A Mortgage Loan for which the complete Mortgage Loan File has not been delivered to Custodian, subject to Seller’s obligation to deliver all of the related Mortgage Loan Documents to Buyer or its Custodian in a form and condition acceptable to Buyer within the applicable Maximum Dwell Time.
Wet Mortgage Loan means a Mortgage Loan (other than an Early Buyout Loan) that Seller is selling to Administrative Agent for the benefit of Buyers simultaneously with the origination thereof.
Wet Mortgage Loan means a Mortgage Loan (other than an FHA Loan originated under a correspondent program) which Seller is selling to Buyer simultaneously with the origination thereof and the related Mortgage File has not been received by or certified to by Custodian.
