Western Business definition

Western Business means the portion of the Group 1 Business conducted by Western and its Subsidiaries.
Western Business means the businesses and operations of Western and the Western Subsidiaries as conducted as of the date hereof and as formerly conducted by any member of the Western Group (other than a member of the Westar Group), and shall also include all businesses and operations of any current or former Subsidiary of Western related to (i) the, processing, transmission, distribution or marketing of gas or (ii) the regulated generation, transmission, distribution or marketing of electricity in the United States, or any services related to (i) or (ii).
Western Business has the meaning set forth in the Comcast/Adelphia Purchase Agreement.
