Western Subsidiaries definition

Western Subsidiaries means the direct and indirect Subsidiaries of Western listed on Schedule 1.01 (g), as supplemented to add Persons that become Subsidiaries of Western between the date hereof and the Split-Off Time, but excluding Westar Subsidiaries.
Western Subsidiaries means all subsidiaries of the Borrower other than the Giant Companies.

  • Except for loans and leases made by Western or any of the Western Subsidiaries in the ordinary course of business, to Bancorp's and Western's knowledge, no party is in breach of a material agreement with Western or any of the Western Subsidiaries which breach has had or reasonably should be expected to have, individually or in the aggregate, a material adverse effect on the business, financial condition, results of operations or prospects of Western or any of the Western Subsidiaries.
