Warrant Common Stock definition

Warrant Common Stock means only Common Stock, and stock of any other class into which such presently authorized Common Stock may hereafter be changed, issuable upon exercise or exchange of the Warrant. In case, by reason of the operation of Section 7, the Warrants shall entitle the registered holders thereof to purchase any other shares of stock or other securities or property of the Company or of any other corporation, any reference in this Agreement to the exercise of Warrants shall be deemed to refer to and include the purchase of such other shares of stock or other securities or property upon such exercise.
Warrant Common Stock means the Company's Common Stock issued or issuable to the Holders upon the exercise of any of the Warrants.
Warrant Common Stock means the Company Common Stock issued or issuable upon exercise of this Warrant Agreement in accordance with its terms.

More Definitions of Warrant Common Stock

Warrant Common Stock means shares of Common Stock issued or issuable by the Holder upon the exercise of these Warrants, as adjusted in accordance with the terms of these Warrants.
Warrant Common Stock means the Common Stock issuable upon exercise of the Warrants.
