Registered Holders definition

Registered Holders means, at any time, the holders of record of the Series A Preferred Stock.

• Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to confer upon, or give to, any person or corporation other than the parties hereto and the Registered Holders of the Warrants any right, remedy, or claim under or by reason of this Agreement or of any covenant, condition, stipulation, promise, or agreement hereof.

Registered Holders means the registered security holders of an issuer that are beneficial owners of the equity securities of that issuer. For the purposes of this definition, where the beneficial owner controls or is an affiliate of the registered security holder, the registered security holder shall be deemed to be the beneficial owner.
