Warehouse/distribution definition

Warehouse/distribution means buildings devoted to the storage and/or distribution of non- agricultural products. A distribution center for a set of products is a warehouse or other specialized building, which is stocked with products (goods) to be redistributed to retailers, to wholesalers, or directly to consumers.
Warehouse/distribution means a building or structure, or any part thereof, in which goods, wares, merchandise, commodities or equipment are stored, whether or not for compensation, for eventual distribution and/or furtherance of engaging in business.
Warehouse/distribution means those Transport and Warehousing Commercial Activities defined in the Oakland Planning Code Section 17.10.500.
