Vested Company Option means each Company Option outstanding as of immediately prior to the Effective Time that is vested as of immediately prior to the Effective Time or will vest solely as a result of the consummation of the Merger.
Unvested Company Option means any Company Option that is not a Vested Company Option.
Company SAR means any stock appreciation right linked to the price of Company Common Stock and granted under any Company Stock Plan.
Employee Option means an Option granted pursuant to Section 5.
Company Equity Award means a Company Stock Option or a Company Stock Award or a phantom stock award, as the case may be.
Company RSU Award means an award of restricted stock units relating to shares of Company Common Stock granted under a Company Equity Incentive Plan (including any dividend equivalent units credited thereon).
Company Stock Option means any option to purchase Company Common Stock granted under any Company Stock Plan.
Equity Award means any option, restricted stock award, restricted stock unit award, stock appreciation right or other equity award to acquire shares of the Company’s common stock granted or issued to the Executive.
Company Equity Awards means the Company Options and the Company RSUs.
Company Stock Option Plans means the Company’s 2000 Employee Stock Option Plan, 1997 Employee Stock Option Plan and 1995 Stock Option Plan, in each case as amended.
Parent Stock Option means any option to purchase Parent Common Stock granted under any Parent Stock Plan.
Company Stock Option Plan means each stock option plan, stock award plan, stock appreciation right plan, phantom stock plan, stock option, other equity or equity-based compensation plan, equity or other equity based award to any employee, whether payable in cash, shares or otherwise (to the extent not issued pursuant to any of the foregoing plans), or other plan or contract of any nature with any employee pursuant to which any stock, option, warrant or other right to purchase or acquire capital stock of the Company or right to payment based on the value of Company capital stock has been granted or otherwise issued.
Company Stock Options means any option to purchase Company Common Stock pursuant to any Company Stock Plans.
Parent Award means the Electrical Electronic and Communication Contracting Industry (State) Award.
Company RSU means any restricted stock unit granted under any Company Stock Plan.
Prior Plan Award means an award outstanding under the Prior Plan as of the Effective Date.
Company Restricted Stock Unit means any restricted stock unit award subject to service-based vesting, payable in shares of Company Common Stock or the value of which is determined with reference to the value of shares of Company Common Stock, whether granted under a Company Stock Plan or otherwise.
3(i) Award means an Award granted pursuant to Section 3(i) of the Ordinance to any person who is a Non- Employee.
Company RSUs means any restricted stock units granted under any of the Company Equity Plans.
Company PSU means any outstanding performance stock unit granted under the Stock Plans, which vests in whole or in part based on the achievement of one or more performance metrics.
Plan Share Award or "Award" means a right granted to a Participant under this Plan to earn or to receive Plan Shares.
Company PSUs means any performance-based restricted stock units of the Company, whether granted pursuant to any of the Company Stock Plans or otherwise.
PSU means Public Sector Undertaking
Company Stock Plan means any stock option plan or other stock or equity-related plan of the Company.
Company Optionholder means a holder of Company Options.
Equity Awards means any stock options, restricted stock, restricted stock units, stock appreciation rights, phantom stock or other equity based awards granted by the Company to the Executive.
