Company RSU definition

Company RSU means each restricted stock unit award relating to shares of Company Common Stock granted under any Company Equity Plan that is outstanding immediately prior to the Effective Time and subject solely to service-based vesting requirements.
Company RSU means any restricted stock unit granted under any Company Stock Plan.
Company RSU means each restricted stock unit representing the right to vest in and be issued shares of Company Common Stock by the Company, whether granted by the Company pursuant to a Company Option Plan, assumed by the Company in connection with any merger, acquisition or similar transaction or otherwise issued or granted and whether vested or unvested.

  • To the extent that any Unvested Company Option Consideration, Unvested Company RSU Consideration or Unvested Company PRSU Consideration is payable to any SpinCo Award Holder, Buyer shall also cause the Surviving Corporation or its Affiliate to remit such amounts in accordance with Section 8.3(b) of the Employee Matters Agreement.

More Definitions of Company RSU

Company RSU means a restricted stock unit issued by the Company pursuant to a Company Equity Plan that vests solely upon the continued service of the holder over a specified period of time, pursuant to which the holder has a right to receive Shares after the vesting or lapse of restrictions applicable to such unit. “Company RSUs” shall not include Company PSUs.
Company RSU means any restricted stock unit of the Company granted under a Company Stock Plan or as a non-plan inducement award.
Company RSU has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(b).
Company RSU means a restricted share unit granted under the Company Stock Incentive Plan;
Company RSU means each restricted stock unit with respect to Shares under the Company Equity Plan that is subject to only time-based vesting conditions.
