Use Guidelines definition

Use Guidelines. Means any guidelines to regulate the use of the Trade Marks as may be provided in writing to JohnsonDiversey by Licensor from time to time.
Use Guidelines means the use guidelines for the Trademark that are set forth on Schedule B, as may be amended and updated by LICENSOR from time to time.
Use Guidelines means a party’s guidelines for the form and manner in which the Licensed Marks may be used under this Agreement, (attached hereto as Exhibit “A” and incorporated by reference, including any amendments or updates thereto as may be provided in writing by one party to the other from time to time, but in any event upon no less than ten (10) days’ prior notice of the effectiveness of any such amendments or updates.

More Definitions of Use Guidelines

Use Guidelines means the Program Trademarks Use Restrictions set forth in Exhibit B, as amended from time to time by ServiceNow, Inc. in its sole discretion.
Use Guidelines means the conduct policies for use of the Services issued and updated from time to time by the Supplier, the current version of which is set out in Schedule B of this Agreement. It is explicitly clarified that notwithstanding other provisions of this Agreement, the Customer and the Users would abide by the licensing terms and conditions of the relevant application cloud store (including but not restricted to the Apple iTunes Appstore or Google Marketplace, as applicable) from where the Supplier Software is downloaded by the Users;
Use Guidelines means the guidelines Balchem establishes from time to time at its sole discretion concerning the use of the Balchem Licensed Trademarks. Annex B contains some of Balchem’s Use Guidelines as of the Effective Date.

Related to Use Guidelines

  • Applicable Guidelines means the policies of the Bank governing the selection and Contract award process as set forth in this RFP.

  • User Guides means Sprinklr materials made available to Customer through the support portal to assist users of the Platform, as such materials may be updated during the Term.

  • Design Guidelines means the Fernkloof Estate architectural design guidelines to control all aspects of design and landscaping of any development within the Fernkloof Estate dev elopment, as amended from time to t ime in terms of the constitution of the MPOA or as required by the Council , a copy of the current draft which i s av ailable for inspection at the offices of the Association;

  • Operating Guidelines means the guidelines for the creation and redemption of Units of a class as set out in the schedule to each Participation Agreement as amended from time to time by the Manager with the approval of the Trustee, and where applicable, with the approval of HKSCC and the Conversion Agent, and following consultation, to the extent reasonably practicable, with the relevant Participating Dealers subject always, in respect of the relevant Operating Guidelines for a Participating Dealer, any amendment being notified in writing by the Manager in advance to the relevant Participating Dealer. Unless otherwise specified, references to the Operating Guidelines shall be to the Operating Guidelines for the relevant Sub-Fund applicable at the time of the relevant Application.

  • Anti-Corruption Guidelines means the “Guidelines on Preventing and Combating Fraud and Corruption in Projects Financed by IBRD Loans and XXX Credits and Grants”, dated October 15, 2006.
