Use Guidelines definition

Use Guidelines. Means any guidelines to regulate the use of the Trade Marks as may be provided in writing to JohnsonDiversey by Licensor from time to time.
Use Guidelines means the use guidelines for the Trademark that are set forth on Schedule B, as may be amended and updated by LICENSOR from time to time.
Use Guidelines means a party’s guidelines for the form and manner in which the Licensed Marks may be used under this Agreement, (attached hereto as Exhibit “A” and incorporated by reference, including any amendments or updates thereto as may be provided in writing by one party to the other from time to time, but in any event upon no less than ten (10) days’ prior notice of the effectiveness of any such amendments or updates.

More Definitions of Use Guidelines

Use Guidelines means the trade mark use guidelines provided by ARM to JVCo;
Use Guidelines means the Program Trademarks Use Restrictions set forth in Exhibit B, as amended from time to time by ServiceNow, Inc. in its sole discretion.

Related to Use Guidelines

  • Applicable Guidelines means the policies of the Bank governing the selection and Contract award process as set forth in this RFP.

  • Operating Guidelines means the guidelines for the creation and redemption of Units of a class as set out in the schedule to each Participation Agreement as amended from time to time by the Manager with the approval of the Trustee, and where applicable, with the approval of HKSCC and the Conversion Agent, and following consultation, to the extent reasonably practicable, with the relevant Participating Dealers subject always, in respect of the relevant Operating Guidelines for a Participating Dealer, any amendment being notified in writing by the Manager in advance to the relevant Participating Dealer.   • Credit Card Guidelines means the respective policies and procedures of the Account Owner, as the case may be, as such policies and procedures may be amended from time to time, (a) relating to the operation of its credit card business, which generally are applicable to its portfolio of revolving credit card accounts and in each case which are consistent with prudent practice, including the policies and procedures for determining the creditworthiness of credit card customers and the extension of credit to credit card customers, and (b) relating to the maintenance of revolving credit card accounts and collection of credit card receivables.

  • Web Site Accessibility Standards/Specifications means standards contained in Title 1 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 206.

  • Environmental Guidelines means the environmental guidelines and occupational health and safety standards of the World Bank Group as in effect on [Bid Date].

  • Bidding Guidelines means the “Tariff Based Competitive-Bidding Guidelines for Transmission Service” and “Guidelines for Encouraging Competition in Development of Transmission Projects” issued by Government of India, Ministry of Power dated 13th April 2006 under Section – 63 of Electricity Act and as amended from time to time;
