Unrelated Party definition

Unrelated Party means any party or group of parties acting together other than (A) the Company, its directors and officers, or (B) any nominee holder for any stock exchange;
Unrelated Party means any party that is not a Related Party.
Unrelated Party means a person that, with respect to the taxpayer, is not a member of the same affiliated group or a foreign corporation.
