Restricted Party means a person that is:

Restricted Party means collectively, (a) Borrower, Principal, any Guarantor, and any Affiliated Manager and (b) any shareholder, partner, member, non-member manager, any direct or indirect legal or beneficial owner of, Borrower, Principal, any Guarantor, any Affiliated Manager or any non-member manager.
