Unregistered Intellectual Property means any Intellectual Property other than Registered Intellectual Property.
Unregistered Intellectual Property means all Company Intellectual Property, other than the Registered Intellectual Property and Company Software, that is relevant to conducting the business as now being conducted including: (i) disclosures on inventions; (ii) trade secrets, documented know-how, proprietary processes, and other documented proprietary information relevant to conducting the business of the Company; (iii) unregistered trademarks; and (iv) all unregistered Web addresses, sites and domain names.
Unregistered Intellectual Property means those Trademarks and copyrights that are not the subject of a pending application for registration with, or that are not registered with, an appropriate trademark and copyright office.
