Universal Reading Screener means a uniform tool that screens and monitors a student's progress in foundational literacy skills of phonemic awareness, phonics, fluency, vocabulary, and comprehension.
Universal Reading Screener means a uniform tool used to screen and monitor the progress of students in foundational literacy skills to identify or predict students at risk of not meeting grade level proficiency.
