Underlying Warrants definition

Underlying Warrants and the "Underlying Warrant Shares" are collectively referred to as the "Warrant Securities;" and
Underlying Warrants shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals hereto.

More Definitions of Underlying Warrants

Underlying Warrants means the underlying warrants of the Company, issuable upon the exercise or deemed exercise of the Special Warrants, entitling the holder thereof to acquire one Warrant Share at an exercise price of $0.50 per Warrant Share until the date that is 24 months following the Closing Date, including any Underlying Warrants that may be issued pursuant to the Penalty Provision, in accordance with the terms of the Underlying Warrant Indenture;
