Type B Shares definition

Type B Shares means the type B shares of SJM or any shares in the issued share capital of SJM which are required by the applicable Macau laws to be held by the managing director of SJM, the rights and restrictions of which are set out in the SJM Articles; and

Examples of Type B Shares in a sentence

  • For the purpose of this provision, “any other person connected with holders of Type B Shares” means any person who is for that reason or otherwise directly or indirectly interested in the alteration of the rights, restrictions or any characteristics of Type B Shares or whose interests are different from the other shareholders of the Company and any such shareholders referred to in sub-paragraph (a) or (b) of Article 8179(A) are together called the “Interested Shareholders”.

Related to Type B Shares

  • Series B Shares means the shares of Fixed Rate Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series B, of the Company.

  • Class B Shares means the Class B ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company of $0.0001 nominal or par value designated as Class B Shares, and having the rights provided for in these Articles.

  • Series B Common Stock means the Series B Common Stock, par value $0.01 per share, of the Company.

  • Series B Stock means the Company's Series B Convertible Preferred Stock, par value $0.000001 per share.

  • PIPE Shares shall have the meaning given in the Recitals hereto.

  • Class B Common Shares means shares of Class B Common Stock.

  • Pre-Funded Warrant Shares means the shares of Common Stock issuable upon exercise of the Pre-Funded Warrants.

  • Additional Shares shall have the meaning specified in Section 14.03(a).

  • Adjustment Shares shall have the meaning set forth in Section 11(a)(ii) hereof.

  • Additional Ordinary Shares means Ordinary Shares issued by the Guarantor following the issuance of the Subscribed Ordinary Shares;

  • Qualifying Shares means shares of Common Stock which either (i) have been owned by the Grantee for more than six (6) months and have been “paid for” within the meaning of Rule 144 promulgated under the Securities Act, or (ii) were obtained by the Grantee in the public market.

  • A Ordinary Shares means the A ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the capital of the Company;

  • Initial Shares means a number of Registrable Securities equal to the lesser of (i) the total number of Registrable Securities and (ii) one-third of the number of issued and outstanding shares of Common Stock that are held by non-affiliates of the Company on the day immediately prior to the filing date of the Initial Registration Statement.

  • Commitment Shares shall have the meaning set forth in Section 12.04.

  • Coop Shares Shares issued by a Cooperative Corporation.

  • Converted Shares means the Subject Equity Shares resulting from the conversion of Restricted Voting Shares into the Subject Equity Shares pursuant to subparagraph (ii);

  • Ordinary Shares shall have the meaning given in the Recitals hereto.

  • Class B Ordinary Shares shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 2.4(a).
