Series B Stock definition

Series B Stock means the Company's Series B Convertible Preferred Stock, par value $0.000001 per share.
Series B Stock means the series of Preferred Stock authorized and designated as Series B 6.40% Preferred Stock at the date of the Certificate, including any shares thereof authorized and designated after the date of the Certificate.
