Trust Advisor Fee definition

Trust Advisor Fee means, with respect to each Mortgage Loan (including an REO Mortgage Loan), for any related Mortgage Loan Accrual Period, an amount accrued at the applicable Trust Advisor Fee Rate during such related Mortgage Loan Accrual Period on the same principal balance, in the same manner and for the same number of days as interest at the applicable Mortgage Rate accrued with respect to such Mortgage Loan (including an REO Mortgage Loan) during such Mortgage Loan Accrual Period, and prorated for partial periods. Such fee shall be in addition to, and not in lieu of, any other fee or other sum payable to the Trust Advisor under this Agreement.
Trust Advisor Fee means, with respect to each Mortgage Loan (other than any Non-Serviced Mortgage Loan), including if such Mortgage Loan becomes an REO Mortgage Loan, for any related Mortgage Loan Accrual Period, an amount accrued at the applicable Trust Advisor Fee Rate during such related Mortgage Loan Accrual Period on the same principal balance, in the same manner and for the same number of days as interest at the applicable Mortgage Rate accrued with respect to such Mortgage Loan (or REO Mortgage Loan) during such Mortgage Loan Accrual Period, and prorated for partial periods. Such fee shall be in addition to, and not in lieu of, any other fee or other sum payable to the Trust Advisor under this Agreement.
Trust Advisor Fee shall, if applicable, have the meaning assigned to such term or comparable meaning term in the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

Examples of Trust Advisor Fee in a sentence

  • In the event that the Senior Trust Advisor exercises its right to resign in the case where the only Mortgage Loan remaining in the Trust is the Mortgage Loan identified as “U-Haul Self Storage Pool 5” on the Mortgage Loan Schedule pursuant to Section 3.31(r) hereto, any Senior Trust Advisor Fee payable on the next Distribution Date and each subsequent Distribution Date shall be payable to the Master Servicer.

  • In the event that the Senior Trust Advisor exercises its right to resign in the case where the only Mortgage Loans remaining in the Trust are either of the Mortgage Loans identified as “U-Haul Self Storage” or “Mercy Health Building” on the Mortgage Loan Schedule pursuant to Section 3.31(r) hereto, any Senior Trust Advisor Fee payable on the next Distribution Date and each subsequent Distribution Date shall be payable to the Master Servicer.

Related to Trust Advisor Fee

  • Trust Advisor means the trust advisor, operating advisor or other analogous term appointed as provided in the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Operating Advisor Fee With respect to any Mortgage Loan (or any successor REO Mortgage Loan with respect thereto) and any Distribution Date, an amount accrued during the related Interest Accrual Period at the applicable Operating Advisor Fee Rate on, in the case of the initial Distribution Date, the Cut-Off Date Balance of such Mortgage Loan and, in the case of any subsequent Distribution Date, the Stated Principal Balance of such Mortgage Loan as of the close of business on the Distribution Date in the related Interest Accrual Period; provided that such amounts shall be computed for the same period and on the same interest accrual basis respecting which any related interest payment due or deemed due on the related Mortgage Loan is computed and shall be prorated for partial periods. Such fee shall be in addition to, and not in lieu of, any other fee or other sum payable to the Operating Advisor under this Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, the Operating Advisor Fee shall be payable from the Lower-Tier REMIC.

  • Certificate Administrator Fee With respect to each Mortgage Loan and the beneficial interest of the Trust Fund in each REO Mortgage Loan, the fee designated as such and payable to the Certificate Administrator pursuant to Section 8.05(a). The Certificate Administrator Fee includes the Tax Administrator Fee and the Trustee Fee, each of which shall be paid by the Certificate Administrator as provided herein.

  • Trustee/Certificate Administrator Fee With respect to each Mortgage Loan and for any Distribution Date, an amount accrued during the related Interest Accrual Period at the Trustee/Certificate Administrator Fee Rate on, in the case of the initial Distribution Date, the Cut-Off Date Balance of such Mortgage Loan and, in the case of any subsequent Distribution Date, the Stated Principal Balance of such Mortgage Loan as of the close of business on the Distribution Date in the related Interest Accrual Period; provided that such amounts shall be computed for the same period and on the same interest accrual basis respecting which any related interest payment due or deemed due on the related Mortgage Loan is computed and shall be prorated for partial periods.   • Securities Administrator Fee With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the product of (a) one-twelfth of the Securities Administrator Fee Rate and (b) the Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans as of the prior Distribution Date (or as of the Cut-off Date in the case of the first Distribution Date).

  • Class B Servicing Fee shall have the meaning specified in Section 3.01.

  • Trustee/Certificate Administrator Fee Rate With respect to each Mortgage Loan, a rate equal to 0.0055% per annum.

  • Special Servicing Fee shall have the meaning given to such term in the Servicing Agreement.

  • Base Servicing Fee means the fee payable to the Servicer on each Distribution Date for services rendered during the related Collection Period, which shall be equal to one-twelfth of the Servicing Rate multiplied by the Pool Balance as of the close of business on the last day of the immediately preceding Collection Period or, with respect to the first Distribution Date, the Original Pool Balance.

  • General Servicing Fee With respect to each Due Period and any Mortgage Loan, an amount equal to one-twelfth the product of (i) the General Servicing Fee Rate and (ii) the outstanding principal balance of such Mortgage Loan as of the related Determination Date. The General Servicing Fee is payable solely from, the interest portion (including recoveries with respect to interest from Liquidation Proceeds to the extent permitted by Section 3.02 of this Agreement) of such Monthly Payments collected by the Servicer, or as otherwise provided under this Agreement. General Servicing Fee Rate: 0.50% per annum.

  • Backup Servicing Fee means, as to each Distribution Date, $4,000; provided, however, that if the Backup Servicer becomes the successor Servicer, such fee shall no longer be paid.

  • Operating Advisor Consulting Fee A fee for each Major Decision on which the Operating Advisor has consultation rights equal to $10,000 or such lesser amount as the related Mortgagor pays with respect to any Serviced Mortgage Loan (or Serviced Loan Combination, if applicable), payable pursuant to Section 3.06(a) and Section 3.06A(a) of this Agreement; provided, that the Operating Advisor Consulting Fee shall be payable only to the extent such fee is actually received from the related Mortgagor as a separately identifiable fee; provided, further that the Operating Advisor may in its sole discretion reduce the Operating Advisor Consulting Fee with respect to any Major Decision; and provided, further that the Master Servicer or Special Servicer, as applicable, may waive or reduce the amount of any Operating Advisor Consulting Fee payable by the related Mortgagor if it determines that such full or partial waiver is in accordance with the Servicing Standard (provided that the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, as applicable, shall consult with the Operating Advisor on a non-binding basis prior to any such waiver or reduction).
