Hilton San Francisco Financial District Mortgage Loan definition

Hilton San Francisco Financial District Mortgage Loan means the Mortgage Loan identified as “Hilton San Francisco Financial District” on the Mortgage Loan Schedule and that is pari passu in right of payment with the Hilton San Francisco Financial District Serviced Companion Loan to the extent set forth in the Hilton San Francisco Financial District Intercreditor Agreement. The Hilton San Francisco Financial District Mortgage Loan is a “Mortgage Loan.”
Hilton San Francisco Financial District Mortgage Loan means the Mortgage Loan identified as “Hilton San Francisco Financial District” on the Mortgage Loan Schedule and that is pari passu in right of payment with the Hilton San Francisco Financial District Companion Loan to the extent set forth in the Hilton San Francisco Financial District Intercreditor Agreement. Prior to the Hilton San Francisco Financial District Companion Loan Securitization Date, the Hilton San Francisco Financial District Mortgage Loan shall be a “Serviced Pari Passu Mortgage Loan.” On and after the Hilton San Francisco Financial District Companion Loan Securitization Date, the Hilton San Francisco Financial District Mortgage Loan shall be a “Non-Serviced Mortgage Loan.”

  • Special district means a unit of local government, authorized by law to perform a single function or a limited number of functions. The term includes but is not limited to conservation districts, water districts, weed management districts, irrigation districts, fire districts, community college districts, hospital districts, sewer districts, and transportation districts. The term also includes any district or other entity formed by interlocal agreement.

  • Park Monaco Mortgage Loans The Mortgage Loans identified as such on the Mortgage Loan Schedule for which Park Monaco is the applicable Seller.

  • Qualified United States financial institution means an institution that:

  • mixed financial holding company means a mixed financial holding company as defined in point (21) of Article 4(1) of Regulation (EU) No 575/2013;

  • foreign financial institution means an institution registered as a foreign financial institution with the Ministry of Finance in the Mexican Banking and Financial Institutions, Pensions, Retirement and Foreign Investment Funds Registry for purposes of Article 195, Section I of the Mexican Income Tax Law.

  • Federal home loan bank means a federal home loan bank established under the federal Home Loan Bank Act, 12 U.S.C. §1421 et seq.

  • Mortgage Group Either of Group One or Group Two.

  • Portfolio Securities or "investments" of the Series shall mean, respectively, such assets, net assets, securities, portfolio securities or investments which are from time to time under the management of the Subadviser pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Local Distribution Company or “LDC” means a Person licensed by the OEB as a “Distributor” in connection with a Distribution System.

  • Securities Financing Transactions Regulation means Regulation (EU) 2015/2365 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 November 2015 on transparency of securities financing transactions and of reuse and amending Regulation (EU) No 648/2012;

  • EMC Mortgage Loans Those Mortgage Loans serviced by the Company pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.

  • Canadian financial institution means (i) an association governed by the Cooperative Credit Associations Act (Canada) or a central cooperative credit society for which an order has been made under section 473(1) of that Act, or (ii) a bank, loan corporation, trust company, trust corporation, insurance company, treasury branch, credit union, caisse populaire, financial services cooperative, or league that, in each case, is authorized by an enactment of Canada or a jurisdiction of Canada to carry on business in Canada or a jurisdiction of Canada;

  • Performing Cash Pay Mezzanine Investments means Mezzanine Investments (a) as to which, at the time of determination, not less than 2/3rds of the interest (including accretions and “pay-in-kind” interest) for the current monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual period (as applicable) is payable in cash and (b) which are Performing.
