Trigger month definition

Trigger month means the calendar month during which the employee first experienced a loss in wages due to exposure to a toxic substance at a DOE facility or RECA section 5 facility.

  • Trigger Event Date means a date on which a Trigger Event has occurred as determined by the Calculation Agent.

  • Trigger Period means the period commencing 60 days prior to the first public announcement by the Company of any Change of Control (or pending Change of Control) and ending 60 days following consummation of such Change of Control (which Trigger Period will be extended following consummation of a Change of Control for so long as either of the Rating Agencies has publicly announced that it is considering a possible ratings change).

  • Trigger Event shall have the meaning specified in Section 14.04(c).

  • Trigger Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 11(a)(iii) hereof.

  • Covenant Trigger Period means the period (a) commencing on the day that (i) an Event of Default occurs or (ii) Availability is less than the greater of (x) 10% of Available Credit and (y) $20,000,000 and (b) continuing until, at all times thereafter for a period of 30 consecutive days during which, (i) no Event of Default exists and (ii) Availability shall have been not less than the greater of (x) 10% of Available Credit and (y) $20,000,000.

  • Calculation Period means the period from and including the seventh scheduled Index Business Day prior to the Stated Maturity to and including the second scheduled Index Business Day prior to the Stated Maturity.

  • Cash Sweep Period means each period commencing on the occurrence of a Cash Sweep Event and continuing until the earlier of (a) the Payment Date next occurring following the related Cash Sweep Event Cure, or (b) until payment in full of all principal and interest on the Loan and all other amounts payable under the Loan Documents.

  • Trigger Amount with respect to Extraordinary Trust Expenses for the Trust is $25,000 and the Maximum Reimbursable Amount is $100,000. The Trustee Fee will be paid by the Expense Administrator. Expenses will be reimbursed by the Expense Administrator in accordance with the Expense Administration Agreement.

  • Reference Month means the calendar month for which the level of the Inflation Index is reported as specified in the applicable Final Terms, regardless of when this information is published or announced, except that if the period for which the Relevant Level was reported is a period other than a month, the Reference Month shall be the period for which the Relevant Level is reported.

  • Rolling Three Month Delinquency Rate With respect to any Distribution Date, the fraction, expressed as a percentage, equal to the average of the Delinquency Rates for each of the three (or one and two, in the case of the first and second Distribution Dates, respectively) immediately preceding calendar months.

  • Measurement Date means the most recent Payment Date specified in the first column of the Cumulative Net Loss Rate Table.

  • FIXED CHARGE PER MONTH means the fixed charge per month payable by company which is inclusive of depreciation, parking fee if applicable, all applicable taxes & duties including VAT, insurances, wages and other emoluments of Operator/Driver(s) / Helper(s) /Jugalees and other operation staff/crew excluding GST.

  • Billing Month is defined in Section 9.1(b).

  • Monthly Date means the last Business Day of each calendar month.

  • Rating period means the calendar period for which premium rates established by a small employer carrier are assumed to be in effect.

  • Baseline Period means the 12-month period immediately preceding October 30, 2016.
