Fiscal Month definition

Fiscal Month means each calendar month.
Fiscal Month means any of the monthly accounting periods of Borrower.
Fiscal Month means any fiscal month of any Fiscal Year, which month shall generally end on the Saturday closest to the last day of each calendar month in accordance with the fiscal accounting calendar of the Loan Parties.

Fiscal Month means any fiscal month of any Fiscal Year, which month shall generally end on the last day of each calendar month in accordance with the fiscal accounting calendar of the Loan Parties.
