Fiscal Month definition

Fiscal Month means each calendar month.
Fiscal Month means any of the monthly accounting periods of Borrower.
Fiscal Month means any fiscal month of any Fiscal Year, which month shall generally end on the last day of each calendar month in accordance with the fiscal accounting calendar of the Loan Parties.

Examples of Fiscal Month in a sentence

  • A Participant’s Deferred Amounts will be credited to the Participant’s Account as soon as practicable (but in no event later than the end of the following month) after the last day of the Fiscal Month during which such Deferred Amounts would, but for deferral, have been paid and will be accounted for in accordance with Section 3.4. No interest will accrue, nor will any adjustment be made to an Account, for the period until the Deferred Amounts are credited.

  • As soon as available and in any event not later than two (2) Business Days prior to each Settlement Date, an Information Package as of the most recently completed Fiscal Month.

More Definitions of Fiscal Month

Fiscal Month means a fiscal month specified in Schedule C, as may be amended from time to time by the delivery by the Servicer to the Seller, the Owner Trustee and the Indenture Trustee of a new Schedule C hereto listing the fiscal months; provided, however, that the fiscal months on any such new Schedule C shall have the ranges of number of days generally similar to the ranges of the number of days in the fiscal months set forth in the original Schedule C hereto and shall not result in a Collection Period that does not allow the Servicer a sufficient amount of time to perform the calculations required of it hereunder in respect of such Collection Period prior to the related Determination Date.
Fiscal Month means any of the monthly accounting periods of each Credit Party.
